I just want to commend Lori and whoever else is involved with the online store. I placed an order for some strings and a few small items on May 17, and received it on May 20. (Third day, from California to Mississippi!) The hand written "thank you" on the packing list enclosed was also a very thoughtful gesture. I feel certain that b0b Lee would be very proud of the way things are being taken care of there. I will most definitely look here first, for whatever I need, before looking anywhere else. Thanks for your excellent work and dedication to customer service.
